Results From the Field: SEEDTECH-SUDAN Varieties Prove Themselves Across Sudan

In farming, results speak for themselves. Over the last two seasons, the SEEDTECH-SUDAN team has documented how our varieties perform in farmers' fields across several Sudanese states. Here are the highlights.

Cobra 26 F1 Tomato: New Halfa and Kassala

In New Halfa, Cobra 26 F1 was transplanted on June 8, 2026, and the field was documented on August 31, 2026: heavy fruit load, vigorous growth and excellent performance under tough climatic conditions. In Kassala State, at 55 days after transplanting, the variety showed strong growth, continuous flowering and fruit set, and a dense fruit load.

Jaguar+ F1 Tomato: Gezira and Northern State

In Gezira State (Al-Sudaira office), farmer Mohammed Al-Fatih Al-Agli planted Jaguar+ F1 on July 10, 2025, and began harvesting on October 10, 2025, with outstanding production despite irrigation, pest and weather challenges. In Rumi Al-Bakri, Northern State, the variety produced large fruit with an attractive color and clear uniformity.

Koloss F1 Watermelon: Al-Selim, Northern State

This season, Al-Selim saw outstanding success with Koloss F1watermelon, which stood out for its vigorous growth, uniform and large fruit, and high market quality, in an area known for its farming challenges.
